Yeah, so current temp-to-hire job has turned into outright 'temp' and I'm looking for gainful employment again.  In the meanwhile, will have seasonal position at Barnes and Noble.  Given my deep abiding love of books, and a sudden dearth of free time, I will likely not make any money off of this.  But have found that being completely without work is a horribly depressing experience. ... on the plus side, I will now have plenty of time for a few certification courses I never had the chance to take due to time constraints from work. Long story short: I got a new job. My new job is in Florida.  In the city I'd originally moved _from_ to find work.  Go figure.  I've spent the last two months in some stage of packing, shipping, and flying.  In some cases, the thing being shipped was my car.  Which was an adventure in and of itself (and not one I care to go into depth on, it got needlessly complicated and frustrating).  My new job is nice.  Lets hope I can keep this one. I moved out of Colorado right [i]after[/i] the wildfires by the way.  I could see the flames on the mountainside from my apartment, and it snowed ashes. Those were some exciting times. I moved into my apartment Thursday!  How the hell did I move to Colorado with only a car's worth of stuff, but by the time I was ready to move into a place of my own, it took three trips to ferry everything to my new place? ... admittedly, a lot of that was furniture, and cooking supplies that had been acquired in preparation for moving in.  I still had to buy an assload of stuff after all of that though. (Broom, detergent, dishwasher fluid, trashcan... etc.) I don't have internet at my apartment yet, so my SWTOR suffers.  On the bright side though, I'll probably write and draw a lot out of boredom until I get it hooked up.  MMO's are the ba
